The Hocking College Women's Basketball team extended it's winning streak to four in a row this past Saturday as the Hawks took down Miami University-Middletown 54-46. After finding themselves off to a slow start and being down 8-6 at the end of the first quarter, the Hawks raced out to a 19-15 lead at halftime. It was more of the same in the third quarter as the Hawks extended the lead to ten points, 40-30.

Lilly Weaver lead the Hawks with 12 points on 5 for 12 shooting from the floor to go along with 4 assists. Sophomores Emily Blevins and Trinity Bellard each added 11 points and 11 rebounds. The Hawks head into Christmas break with a 9-5 record and return to the court Wednesday January 8th at Oho Christian University for a 5 PM tip off with the Trailblazers.
