Hocking College Welcomes Bariq Hadi as Head Coach of Men’s Soccer Program

Hocking College is proud to announce the appointment of Bariq Hadi as the inaugural Head Coach of the Men's Soccer Program, which will begin competition in Fall 2026.

Coach Hadi brings extensive experience and a deep passion for the game, having coached at multiple levels across central Ohio. His previous roles include work with Barcelona United, SP Soccer Academy, and the Dublin Soccer League. Known for his commitment to player development, discipline, and fostering a love for soccer, Hadi's coaching philosophy aligns perfectly with Hocking College's mission to promote both athletic and academic excellence.

In addition to his coaching background, Hadi holds multiple U.S. Soccer coaching licenses—4v4, 9v9, 11v11, D, C, and B—as well as certifications in performance analysis and scouting. His expertise in sports management and leadership, combined with his personal journey from player to coach, uniquely positions him to build a competitive and character-driven program from the ground up.
