Reed joins Baseball as Assistant Coach

Hocking College Head Baseball Coach Jared Grove announced today that Nick Reed will be joining the Hawks Baseball Program for the 2025 season. Reed was a part of the Hocking College Baseball team the last two season and was team captain during the 2024 season. Reed led the pitching staff in innings pitched and ERA as well. Reed got his coaching start with the Ohio Elite organization and over the last three years has sent over 20 young men on to the next level and achieve their dreams of playing college baseball. Reed is a 2024 graduate of Hocking College with an Associates Degree in Sports Management and is currently attending Franklin University to pursue his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management. Reed would like to thank President, Dr. Betty Young, Director of Athletics Rick Walker and Head Baseball Coach Jared Grove for giving him this great opportunity to be a part of the baseball staff and represent Hocking College.
